Who actually makes and posts the work?

The studio builds the format and runs it. You either approve and post, or the studio posts. If you would rather own and operate the system yourself, that is Your own system instead.

How does it start?

With a brand and format bible, then a pilot batch, then a review and calibration pass, and only then a monthly cadence. The pilot exists so the format is proven before it becomes a commitment.

How much comes out each month?

An agreed volume of vertical short-form per month, set against a publishing calendar and iterated against how the work actually performs rather than left fixed.
