  • Stack recommendation with reasoning

  • Team training sessions, from first principles to production workflow

  • Written summary after the session

The work behind this

ClearedAn AI tool that scans video for compliance violations and flags them with exact timestamps, then suggests fixes in the app. An eight hour review process becomes twelve minutes.

Generative AI: The 2026 Field GuideEveryone working in this field learned it from someone who bothered to write it down. So we write ours down. Fleets of orchestrated agents research the frontier every week, and every claim is verified against primary sources and shipped with an inline citation.

Training runs from Generative AI: The 2026 Field Guide, the studio's own research, rewritten weekly. Read it.

How it runs

  1. 01Intake questionnaire
  2. 02Working session
  3. 03Written recommendation
  4. 04Optional follow-up

Single session or ongoing engagement.

Questions we get asked

What actually happens in an advisory engagement?

It runs in four steps: an intake questionnaire, a working session, a written recommendation, and an optional follow-up. It can be a single session or an ongoing engagement, depending on whether you need a decision made or a direction held.

Do you train our team, or only advise us?

Both. Training sessions run from first principles through to a production workflow your team can use without us, and are taught from the field guide the studio rewrites every week.

Can you assess an idea we have already committed to?

Yes. A feasibility read on a specific idea you are already considering is one of the standard deliverables, alongside an assessment of your existing creative workflow and where AI genuinely helps rather than where it is merely possible.

What do we have in writing afterwards?

A written summary of the session and a stack recommendation with the reasoning behind it, so the decision can be re-examined later by people who were not in the room.
